日本是一个岛国,有得天独厚的海鲜资源。其饮食文化也具有着悠久的历史。随着时代的发展,不断形成自己的民族特色。一些典型的饮食文化吸引着全世界的游客来日本进行美食休闲旅游,促进了旅游业的发展,同时也丰富了日本饮食文化。本文在此基础之上,分析了日本饮食文化在旅游业中的现状,并提出了一些对策和建议,以实现日本餐饮业与旅游业的双赢。 Japan is an island nation with unique seafood resources. Its food culture also has a long history. With the development of the times, it constantly forms its own national characteristics. Some typical food culture to attract tourists from all over the world come to Japan for food and leisure travel, promote the development of tourism, but also enrich the Japanese food culture. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of Japanese food culture in tourism and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to achieve a win-win situation between Japan’s catering industry and tourism.
