1998年3月,国家质量技术监督局对山西杏花村汾酒厂股份有限公司生产的“汾酒”、“竹叶青酒”的产品质量进行了国家监督专项抽查。此次分别在北京、天津、河北、河南、山东、山西、辽宁等7个省、直辖市对市场上销售及企业库存的产品进行抽样。抽取生产日期为1996年5月至1998年1月的“汾酒”10个批次,“竹叶青酒”10个批次。抽检执行标准此次抽查,“汾酒”按国家标准GB107812-89《清香型白酒》(优级)规定的甲醇、杂醇油、铅、酒精度、总酸、总酯、乙酸乙酯、固形物、色泽、香气、口味、风格、标签等13个项目;“竹叶青酒”按照行业标准QB/T1981-94《露酒》规定的甲醇、杂醇油、铅、锰、酒精度、滴定酸、总糖、色泽、澄清度、香气、滋味、风格、标签等13个项目进行全项检验。
In March 1998, the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision carried out a special spot check on the quality of the products produced by Shanxi Xinghuacun Liquor & Winery Co., Ltd. for the production of “Liquor” and “Zhuyeqing”. In this year, products from sales and enterprise inventory in the market were sampled in seven provinces and municipalities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi and Liaoning. The 10 batches of “Fuji” with production dates from May 1996 to January 1998 and 10 batches of “Bamboo Leaf Green Wine” were extracted. Sampling implementation of the standard sampling, “Fuji” according to national standards GB107812-89 “Fragrance Liquor” (excellent grade) provisions of methanol, fusel oil, lead, alcohol, total acid, total ester, ethyl acetate, solids 13 items, such as color, aroma, taste, style, label, etc.; “Zhuyeqing”, methanol, fusel oil, lead, manganese, alcohol content, titration acid, total sugar in accordance with the industry standard QB/T1981-94 “Liquor” Thirteen items, including color, clarity, aroma, taste, style, and labeling, were all tested.
