目的探讨黏蛋白MUC2与EGFR在大肠癌中的分型及对肿瘤发生和分级、分期、预后的影响。方法利用免疫组织双重染色法对120例大肠癌组织中的黏蛋白进行联合表达。结果根据MUC2、EGFR在大肠腺癌的联合表达情况,把大肠癌分为四种类型:MUC2+EGFR+(双阳性)、MUC2+EGFR-、MUC2-EGFR+(单阳性)、MUC2-EGFR-(双阴性)。在120例大肠癌患者中,双阳性的表达率为27.5%,单阳性为34.1%,双阴性为38.3%。结论 MUC2与EGFR的表达可能参与了大肠癌的发生、发展、分级、分期,对临床预后可能具有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the classification of mucin MUC2 and EGFR in colorectal cancer and its effect on tumorigenesis, grading, staging and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical double staining was used to detect the expression of mucins in 120 cases of colorectal cancer. Results According to the combined expression of MUC2 and EGFR in colorectal adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer was divided into four types: MUC2 + EGFR + (double positive), MUC2 + EGFR-, MUC2- EGFR + (single positive), MUC2- EGFR- negative). In 120 patients with colorectal cancer, double positive expression rate was 27.5%, single positive 34.1%, double negative 38.3%. Conclusion The expression of MUC2 and EGFR may be involved in the occurrence, development, classification and staging of colorectal cancer, which may have some significance for clinical prognosis.
