收集尿样过去通常采用全日尿,但在收集时有一定困难。我们这次将24小时划分为8:00～12:00、12:00～18:00、18:00～22:00、22:00～8:00 4个阶段,用每段尿分别和24小时尿进行比较。检验方法:尿样均采平行样品,经热硝化处理,以双硫腙分光光度法(510nm)进行比色定量,采用分析级试剂及去离子水。双硫腙氯仿工业液T=52～53％(490nm波长)。
Urine collected in the past usually used all day urine, but there are some difficulties in the collection. This time, we divide the 24 hours into 4 stages: 8:00 ~ 12:00, 12:00 ~ 18:00, 18:00 ~ 22:00, 22:00 ~ 8:00, with 24 Hour urine comparison.
