和谐企业应具备三个基本特征:第一,企业内部形成了人与人、部门与部门之间相互尊重、相互配合、相互支持的局面。党政之间、干群之间、上下级之间、同级人员之间以诚相待、协调配合、和衷共济;第二,企业充满生机和活力。广大干部职工的积极性和创造性得到充分的调动和发挥,各项工作不甘落后、奋力争先。企业内部信息、言论、意见、建议渠道广开、畅通。企业形成了生动活泼、积极向上的良好氛围;第三,企业注重及时解决工作中的矛盾和问题,并把每次矛盾和问题的解决,当作继续进步的起点。可以说,这是和谐企业的共性特征,这样的企业是企业领导和全体职工共同追求的理想家园。
