随着我省新课程改革的不断深入,教材改革的不断推进,语文教师必将面临更多新的挑战。教育是一种培养人的活动,作为人才培养者,教师不仅要通过自己掌握的知识影响学生,而且还要通过自己的人格和道德力量去影响和感染学生。因此,语文教师当与新课程同行,在新课程中实现自身的发展,并将这种发展的成果用于新课程的建设。语文教师要从传统的角色中走出来,不仅是传统的“传道、授业、解惑”者,而且是学生学习的促进者、教学的研究者、新课程的建设者和开发者。
With the continuous deepening of new curriculum reform in our province and the continuous reform of teaching materials, Chinese teachers are bound to face more new challenges. Education is a human activity. As a talented person, teachers not only influence students through their own knowledge, but also influence and infect their students through their own personality and moral force. Therefore, when the language teachers walked with the new curriculum, they realized their own development in the new curriculum and used the achievements of such development in the construction of the new curriculum. Language teachers should come out of their traditional roles. They are not only traditional “preachers, professors and interpreters”, but also facilitators of student learning, teaching researchers, builders and developers of new courses.
