目的探索测定饮用水中溴酸根的方法和色谱条件。方法利用抑制电导离子色谱法(IC),采用DionexICS1500离子色谱仪,以流速1.0mL/min的20.00mmol/L KOH为淋洗液,对饮用水中的痕量溴酸盐的测定方法和色谱条件进行实验分析。结果 BrO3-的最低检出浓度为0.6μg/L,线性范围为8~40mL/L,相关系数r=0.996。结论离子色谱法在上述色谱条件下,检测饮用水中的溴酸根准确度较高。
Objective To explore the determination of bromate in drinking water methods and chromatographic conditions.
