OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical significance of acute venous thrombosis (CIN) in patients with abdominal or pelvic malignant tumors after acute inflammatory factors (C-reactive protein, interleukin 6, interleukin 10, nuclear factor κB and E-selectin) DVT) the relationship between. Methods: Serum samples of DVT patients with acute lower extremities (40 cases, group A) with abdominal or pelvic malignancies were collected and serum C - reactive protein, interleukin - 6, interleukin - 10, E - selectin and nuclear (20 patients in group B), patients with abdominal or pelvic malignancies who did not develop acute DVT in the lower extremities (40 patients in group C), and healthy Physical examination population (40 cases, D group) of the above indicators were compared. Results: Compared with group D, serum C - reactive protein, interleukin - 6, interleukin - 10, nuclear factor - kappa B and E - selectin in groups A, B and C were significantly increased (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in serum C-reactive protein between groups A, B and C (P> 0.05). Serum levels of IL-6, NF-κB and E-selectin in group A were significantly higher than those in groups B and C (P <0.05). Serum IL-10 levels in group A were significantly lower than those in groups B and C (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Serum C-reactive protein level can not be used as an early predictor of DVT in acute lower extremities following abdominal or pelvic malignancies. Serum levels of IL-6, NF-κB, and E-selectin may be useful postoperatively in patients with abdominal or pelvic malignancies Acute low limb DVT early predictors.
