目的分析护理干预对提高青光眼患者滴眼药方法掌握程度的影响。方法 66例青光眼患者,随机分为试验组(30例)和对照组(36例)。对照组给予专科护理,试验组在专科护理基础上加强护理干预。比较两组正确滴眼药方法掌握情况。结果试验组护理干预后Likert评分和正确滴眼药方法掌握率分别为(20.2±2.2)分、93.3%;对照组护理后为(16.5±2.3)分、75.0%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于青光眼患者,采用自体演示配合语言指导的方式对其进行护理干预,有助于提高其对正确滴眼药方法的掌握程度及治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the mastery degree of eye drops in patients with glaucoma. Methods 66 patients with glaucoma were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (36 cases). The control group was given specialist nursing, and the experimental group strengthened the nursing intervention on the basis of specialist nursing. The two groups were compared with the method of eye drops to grasp the situation. Results The scores of Likert score and correct method of eye drops were (20.2 ± 2.2) and 93.3% respectively in the experimental group and (16.5 ± 2.3) and 75.0% in the control group after nursing intervention. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with glaucoma, using self-demonstration and language instruction to do nursing intervention will help to improve their grasp of the correct method of eye drops and the treatment effect.
