职业教育的发展不仅取决于校方的人才培养方案的科学设计、教学方式的合理组织、教学方法的正确采用,还要取决于企业的参与力度和深度。本文就无锡灵山文化旅游集团有限公司与无锡职业技术学院双方共同开展营销专业教科研等的做法成效等方面做了分析和论述,并就存在的问题提出相应的建议。
The development of vocational education depends not only on the scientific design of the school personnel training program, the reasonable organization of teaching methods, and the proper use of teaching methods, but also on the intensity and depth of the enterprises’ participation. This article analyzes and discusses the effectiveness of teaching and research of marketing specialty jointly conducted by Wuxi Lingshan Cultural Tourism Group Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Vocational and Technical College, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the existing problems.
