提起近年来我国的房地产业,很多人脑子里会出现“暴利、官商勾结、哄抬房价、暴力拆迁”等关键词,最近的两则消息,更让这一行业的公众形象雪上加霜。一是“中国纳税百强排行榜”公布的2004年度纳税500强企业排行榜中,前300名内没有一家房地产企业的名字出现,这与目前房地产业平均利润位居国内各行业前茅的地位极不相称;二是上海、广州等城市的地税部门近日公布的企业欠税名单显示,来自房地产企业的欠税,占了欠税总额的8成以上。
