针对311102工作面大断面煤巷软厚顶板突发性冒落失稳的问题,结合现场调研,理论分析等方法,分析顶板失稳机理,确定311102工作面辅助运输巷变形力学机制为ICIIBDIIIBC,其软厚顶板和高围岩应力是巷道失稳的主要原因,另一主要原因是较大的巷道跨度造成巷道中部顶板承受了较大的拉应力。针对该种复合型变形力学机制,提出了采用锚网索带支护方式来进行巷道围岩控制。基于数值模拟,证明了锚网索带支护方式对控制围岩变形与塑性区扩展的较好效果。提出311102工作面辅助运输巷补强支护措施,取得了良好的支护效果,保证了安全生产。
Aiming at the problem of sudden failure of soft thick roof in 311102 working face with large section, this paper analyzes the mechanism of roof instability by means of field investigation and theoretical analysis, and determines the mechanism of deformation mechanics of auxiliary transportation lane in 311102 working face as ICIIBDIIIBC The stress of soft thick roof and high surrounding rock is the main reason of the roadway instability. Another major reason is that the large roof span of the roadway under the large span of the roadway endures greater tensile stress. Aiming at this kind of compound mechanics of deformation mechanics, this paper puts forward the use of anchorage net rope belt support method to carry out surrounding rock control of roadway. Based on the numerical simulation, it is proved that the anchoring method of anchorage net rope has good effect on controlling deformation and plastic zone expansion of surrounding rock. Proposed 311102 face auxiliary lane reinforcement support measures and achieved good support effect to ensure the safety in production.
