目的探讨肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者的免疫状况和微波治疗对其免疫紊乱的调节作用。方法用生物学方法、放射免疫测定法和双抗体夹心ELISA法检测54例肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者微波治疗前后和20例正常人的血清、组织液的IL-1、IL-2和SIL-2R水平。结果肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者血清IL-1、IL-2水平和正常对照组比较显著降低(P<0.01),而SIL-2R水平则显著性升高(P<0.01)。微波治疗后肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者血清、组织液的IL-1、IL-2水平升高(P<0.01),SIL-2R水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论肢体慢性淋巴水肿患者存在细胞因子免疫紊乱,微波治疗能够改善其全身和局部的免疫状况。
Objective To investigate the immune status of patients with chronic lymphedema and the effects of microwave treatment on immune disorders. Methods The levels of IL-1, IL-2 and SIL-2R in serum and interstitial fluid of 54 patients with chronic lymphedema before and after microwave treatment and 20 healthy controls were detected by biological methods, radioimmunoassay and double antibody sandwich ELISA. Results Serum levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in patients with chronic lymphedema significantly decreased compared with those in the control group (P <0.01), while the levels of SIL-2R increased significantly (P <0.01). The levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in serum and tissue fluid of patients with chronic lymphedema after microwave treatment were significantly increased (P <0.01), and the levels of SIL-2R were significantly decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion There are cytokine immune disorders in patients with chronic lymphedema of the limbs. Microwave treatment can improve the systemic and local immune status.
