本文采用三维接触有限元法分析全关闭状态下活动导叶的受力变形情况。计算结果表明,当活动导叶关闭力矩超过某一限额时,再加大关闭力矩反而会使活动导叶之间的间隙增大。
In this paper, the three-dimensional contact finite element method is used to analyze the force and deformation of the movable guide vane in the fully closed state. The calculation results show that when the closing moment of the movable guide vane exceeds a certain limit, increasing the closing moment instead will increase the clearance between the movable vanes.
