对引进及系统选育的部分西瓜种质资源及其新组合进行了室内苗期及大田成株期的抗蔓枯病性的人工接种鉴定。根据各鉴定材料的苗期和成株期的病情指数进行方差分析 ,结果表明 :以美国引进提纯的All goldenproducer、All sweetscarlet和自育的新品系A5 6、H2 5等四个种质材料的抗蔓枯病性最强。而以抗病种质为亲本所配制的各新组合的苗期和成株期病情指数方差分析结果表明 ,以高抗种质为亲本所配制的两个新组合 2 0 39和 2 0 5 8的抗蔓枯病性最强 ,表明西瓜的抗蔓枯病性状属于显性遗传 ,其中 2 0 5 8不仅综合抗病性强 ,且品质优良 ,丰产潜力大 ,具有示范推广市场前景。
Some watermelon germplasm resources and their new combinations introduced and systematically selected were inoculated with artificial inoculation resistance to the leaf blight in indoor seedling stage and field adult plant. The variance analysis based on the disease index of seedling stage and adult plant of each identification material showed that the resistance of the four golden germplasms including All golden product, All sweetscarlet and A5 6 and H2 5 Vulgaris most powerful. The results of variance analysis of the disease index of seedling stage and adult stage showed that two new combinations with high resistance to germplasm as parents were 2039 and 2588 Which showed that the anti-gummy characters of watermelon belong to the dominant inheritance. Among them, 208 is not only comprehensive disease resistance, good quality, high yield potential, but also has the market prospect of demonstration and promotion.
