目的:探讨HPLC检测中药制剂中色甘酸钠含量的效果。方法:建立高效液相色谱法测定中药复方熊胆眼药中的色甘酸钠含量的方法与效果。高效液相色谱的条件为:色谱柱:AGT VENUSIL XBP C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙酸铵:甲醇(15:85);检测波长:280nm;流速:0.4mL·min~1;柱温:35℃;进样量:10μL。结果:直线回归方程为Y=0.5114X+0.0011,R=0.9939,在O.3~20 ng·mL~1范围内线性关系良好,精密度与加样回收率效果都比较好,3个样品的色甘酸钠含量分别为13.01mg/ml、12.95mg/ml、12.99 mg/ml。结论:HPLC检测复方熊胆眼药水中色甘酸钠含量灵敏度高,精密度与回收率都比较好,可推广成为中药制剂有效成分的含量测定方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of HPLC on the determination of sodium cromoglycate in traditional Chinese medicine preparations. Methods: To establish a HPLC method for determination of sodium cromoglycate in traditional Chinese medicine Xiongbangyegao method and effect. The HPLC conditions were: Column: AGT VENUSIL XBP C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: ammonium acetate: methanol (15:85); detection wavelength: 280 nm; flow rate: 0.4 mL · min -1 ; Column temperature: 35 ℃; injection volume: 10μL. Results: The linear regression equation was Y = 0.5114X + 0.0011, R = 0.9939. The linearity was good in the range of 0.3-2 20 ng · mL -1, and the precision and recovery were better. Sodium cromoglycate levels were 13.01 mg / ml, 12.95 mg / ml, 12.99 mg / ml, respectively. Conclusion: The HPLC method for the determination of sodium cromoglycate in compound Xiongbieye syrup has high sensitivity and good precision and recovery, which can be widely used to determine the effective content of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
