集中采购主要指的是用于现代企业物资的采购的一种模式,和项目招标有着显著的差异,其具备时间跨度大、涉及面比较广等特点。采用集中采购模式有一个难点,那就是确定产品标准还有关于执行方面的管理等方面,其优势则在于采购物资具有较高的性价比同时拥有显著的规模效应。因此,现在很多企业在进行物资采购的时候都运用这样的模式。本文就主要来怎样制定招标方案以及怎样实施采购。
