目前综采工作面开采工艺已经相当成熟,但各地区煤层赋存条件不一样,从而工作面推进过程中,不可避免的会出现“旋转”调采、仰采、俯采等情况。大角度“旋转”调采时,“旋转圆点”区域顶板受支架反复支撑挤压极易破碎。对于破碎顶板仰采工作面开采时,工作面易发生片帮、冒顶。因此大角度“旋转”调采、破碎顶板仰采,给工作面快速推进和顶板安全管理带来很大困难。本文以显德汪矿1223工作面为例,主要就大角度“旋转”调采、破碎顶板仰采工作面条件下,如何进行注浆加固进行实践,从而总结“破碎顶板”仰采工作面顶板管理经验。
