针对煤矿井下安装有带式输送机的巷道钻孔施工困难的问题,提出了跨带式输送机钻孔施工的工艺方法,并将钻机的底架模块化,研制了ZYW-4000型煤矿用跨带式输送机组合式钻机。详细介绍了钻机的结构特点及主要参数;建立了钻机关键部件的有限元分析模型并进行了强度分析、模态分析及结构优化。通过实验室及现场实验表明,该钻机既可进行普通巷道施工又可进行跨带式输送机施工,钻机运行可靠,应用范围广,可以为同类钻机的研制提供参考与依据。
Aiming at the difficult construction of tunnel boring with belt conveyor installed in coal mine, a drilling method of cross-belt conveyor is put forward. And the chassis of drilling rig is modularized. The ZYW-4000 coal mine span Belt conveyor combination drill. The structural features and main parameters of drilling rig are introduced in detail. The finite element model of the key components of drilling rig is established and the strength analysis, modal analysis and structure optimization are carried out. The laboratory and field experiments show that the drilling rig can be used for common roadway construction and cross-belt conveyor construction. The drill runs reliably and has a wide range of applications. It can provide reference and basis for the development of similar drilling rigs.
