本文通过肌电图对17例VDT操作者不同作业姿势前臂负荷进行实验室研究,发现前臂与水平面成0°角时,肌电积分伍最小,此时肌肉负荷最小。-5°~+10°时肌电积分值较小,且彼此间不存在显著性差异。而+20°,+30°,-10°,-20°,-30°肌电积分伍明显高于0°(P<0.05)。提示前臂与水平面夹角在-5~+10°范围内肌肉负荷较小,可考虑为推荐的VDT作业前臂姿势。
