本文运用自组织理论的开放性原理和正反馈机制来分析企业内部的知识共享问题。在良好的环境条件下,如:公司内部网络平台、组织架构、企业文化和公司制度等方面不断提升改进的企业,就会很好地进行知识共享,这样就会持续性地提高公司绩效,获取竞争优势,在残酷的市场竞争中赢得胜利。正反馈现象经常性发生,如果能够掌握、控制得很好的话,能形成有效的激励机制,会极大地促进企业内部的知识共享,增进员工之间的合作,提升企业的最终绩效。
In this paper, we use the openness principle and positive feedback mechanism of self-organization theory to analyze the problem of knowledge sharing in enterprises. In good environmental conditions, such as: the company’s internal network platform, organizational structure, corporate culture and corporate systems continue to enhance and improve the business, it will be a good knowledge sharing, which will continue to improve corporate performance, access to Competitive advantage, in the brutal competition in the market to win. Positive feedback happens frequently. If we can master and control it well, we can form effective incentive mechanism, which can greatly promote the knowledge sharing among employees, enhance the cooperation among employees, and improve the final performance of enterprises.
