目的探究不同激素疗法对功能性下丘脑性闭经神经内分泌的影响。方法 70例功能性下丘脑性闭经患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。研究组患者给予17β-雌二醇1~2 mg/d+雌激素0.625 mg/d治疗,对照组患者仅给予17β-雌二醇1~2 mg/d进行治疗,对比两组患者的总有效率、雌激素(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、孕激素(P)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雄激素(T)等激素水平。结果研究组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组E2、PRL、P、FSH、LH及T等激素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 17β-雌二醇+雌激素对功能性下丘脑性闭经患者的疗效更显著,可有效改善患者的神经内分泌功能,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of different hormonal therapies on neuroendocrine function of functional hypothalamic amenorrhea. Methods Seventy patients with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea were randomly divided into study group and control group, 35 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were treated with 1 ~ 2 mg / d of 17β-estradiol and 0.625 mg / d of estrogen, while those in the control group were given only 1 ~ 2 mg / day of 17β-estradiol. The total effective rate , Estrogen (E2), prolactin (PRL), progesterone (P), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and androgen (T) and other hormone levels. Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of E2, PRL, P, FSH, LH and T in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion 17β-estradiol + estrogen is more effective in patients with functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, which can effectively improve neuroendocrine function in patients with clinical promotion value.
