(一)砼坝稳定分析的重要性和各国共同的经验砼重力坝的稳定分析,是一个具有重大技术经济意义的问题。在新安江大坝设计中,坝体断面决定于滑动的稳定要求,按照技术设计阶段的计算,摩擦系数相差0.01,砼工程量即相差2万方,折合投资达70多万元之钜。另一方面,坝体的稳定又关系着整个工程,以及下游几百万人民生命财产的安全。因此,如何正确合理、既经济又安全地解决重力坝的滑动稳定问题,就成为目前大家所关心和争论的一个问题。我院在施工的新安江、黄坛口、古田三个工程中所采用的稳定分析方法,和国内其他工程一样,按照不考虑粘着力的方法。引用的公式如下:
