一、加温原理、加温方法温热疗法目前存在的问题有以下两点,①加温方法。如何把肿瘤的温度上升到治疗温度(42~45℃)而又尽量保持邻近正常组织的温度无明显上升;②测温方法,监测实际上肿瘤被加温到什么程度。特别是对于深部肿瘤来说,这两个问题已成为临床应用的障碍。食道癌也是深部肿瘤,并且周围有大血管、心脏、肺等重要脏器包围,用一般体外加温方法不能把肿瘤确实加温,因此发明了腔内加温法,即在食道内腔插入电极,使之与体外电极之间的RF(射频)波振荡,限制内腔电极周围的加温区域。
