全国卫生大会将于年内召开,我市组织人员对卫生工作的现状进行了深入调查,并召集有关人员针对调查结果进行了反复讨论,就我国制订卫生政策提出了一些建议,现归纳如下。一、卫生经费国家五部委制定的《关于我国农村实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的规划目标》规定县、乡政府年度卫生事业拨款应占两级财政支出的8%(国外一般占15～30%),绝大多数地方没有达到这一要求。从全国审评结果
