急性氮氧化物中毒的肺部损害系因吸入氮氧化物气体进入肺泡后与肺泡中的水分发生反应,生成亚硝酸和硝酸,而对肺组织产生的强烈刺激和腐蚀作用所致。为提高对本病肺部损害特点的认识,采取防治对策,我们分析了1038例氮氧化物吸入及中毒者的临床表现,就有关问题做了讨论.
Pulmonary damage caused by acute nitric oxide poisoning is caused by the inhalation of nitrogen oxide gas into the alveoli and the reaction with water in the alveoli, generating nitrous acid and nitric acid, which are strongly stimulated and corrosive to the lung tissue. In order to improve our understanding of the characteristics of lung damage in this disease and take prevention and treatment measures, we analyzed the clinical manifestations of 1038 cases of inhalation and poisoning of nitrogen oxides and discussed the related issues.
