随着当前我国各领域的迅猛发展,竞争也越发激烈。在港口经营中,港口设备作为其生产经营的基础内容,加强设备的有效管理就能提高港口的市场竞争力。传统设备管理中由于受到一些因素影响,设备管理还存在着诸多不足之处,本文主要就港口设备管理的重要原则以及主要方针加以分析,然后结合实际对转型期港口设备的管理问题以及优化策略进行详细探究,希望能通过此次理论研究,有助于港口设备管理水平的提高。
