目的:研究不同单色光和复色光刺激下蝗虫成虫和虫蝻的光谱选择行为,为蝗虫的光电诱导治理提供理论基础。方法:将蝗虫放置于行为反应试验箱中,运用行为试验方法,观察测定不同单色光和复色光下蝗虫的光谱选择行为及其运动速度。结果:(1)一定时间暗适应下的蝗虫对单色光或白光刺激具有波长选择行为反应,依其相对趋光反应率大小,其光谱行为反应在405-625nm波谱范围内,表现为随波长增加反应率减小的趋势。(2)蝗虫对双光谱同样具有选择行为反应,不同波长的两种单色光或单色光与白光组合,相对反应率不同。两短波长的单色光组合能够增强相对反应率,两长波长组合则降低反应率。(3)不同对光谱选择行为反应受蝗虫的种群、生长阶段的影响,东亚飞蝗较亚洲小车蝗的相对反应率高,成虫较虫蝻的相对反应率高。结论:光电诱导作用下,蝗虫具有明显的光谱选择行为。
OBJECTIVE: To study the spectral selection behavior of adult locusts and galls under different monochromatic light and complex color light stimuli, and to provide theoretical basis for the photoelectric induced treatment of locusts. Methods: The locusts were placed in a behavioral response test chamber, and behavioral tests were used to observe and determine the spectral selection behavior and speed of locusts under different monochromatic light and complex color light. The results showed that: (1) The locusts under dark adaptation had wavelength-selective behavioral response to monochromatic light or white light stimuli for a certain period of time. According to their relative photolytic response rate, their spectral behavioral responses ranged from 405 to 625 nm, Increase the reaction rate to reduce the trend. (2) Grasshoppers also have selective behavior to the dual spectra. The two monochromatic or monochromatic light and white light with different wavelengths are combined, and the relative reaction rate is different. The combination of two short-wavelength monochromatic light can enhance the relative reactivity, while the combination of two long wavelengths reduces the reactivity. (3) Different responses to spectrum selection were affected by locust populations and growth stages. The relative reactivity of Locusta migratoriae locusts was higher than that of Locusta asiatica, and the relative response rate of adults to locusts was high. Conclusion: The grasshopper has obvious spectral selection behavior under photo-induced.
