国际电报电话咨询委员会(CCITT)第十八研究组(数字网)于1983年6月20日至7月8日在日内瓦电信联盟总部召开了1981～1984研究期的第三次会议。出席有各国电信主管部门、科学、工业组织和国际组织的代表共299名专家。我国也派专家组出席了会议。 这次会议是本研究期内最重要的一次会议,共审议技术文件398份,分五个工作组讨论了十九个研究
Study Group 18 (Digital Network) of the International Telegraph and Telephone Consultative Committee (CCITT) held its third meeting of the 1981-1998 study period at ITU Headquarters in Geneva from 20 June to 8 July 1983. A total of 299 experts were represented at the telecommunication administrations, scientific and industrial organizations and international organizations of various countries. Our country also sent an expert group to attend the meeting. This meeting was the most important one in this study period. A total of 398 technical papers were reviewed and 19 working groups were discussed in five working groups
