2008年联合国大会通过的《鹿特丹规则》反映了当今国际社会调整国际海上货物运输的发展趋势。本文对该公约中承运人适航义务的变化进行了分析,并提出这些变化对国际海上货物运输主体及我国《海商法》的修改可能产生的影响。
The Rotterdam Rules adopted by the UN General Assembly in 2008 reflect the trend of the international community in today’s readjustment of international maritime trucking. This article analyzes the change of airworthiness obligation of the carrier in the Convention and puts forward the possible impact of these changes on the modification of the international maritime goods transport body and China’s maritime law.
