目的:通过与女护生、男医学生的比较,了解男护生的学校适应状况。方法:四所医学院校的男护生132人、女护生139人及男医学生129人完成人际关系综合诊断量表、SCL-90、大学生学习适应性问卷。结果:①男生的人际关系状况较女生差,在待人接物、与人交谈方面问题较多。②男生在学习适应及各维度上得分较女生低;其中男护生学习动力也较男医学生低。③男护生心理健康状况除恐怖维度外均比女护生差,除强迫、恐怖、精神病性维度外均比男医学生差,偏执和精神病性维度上男医学生比女护生问题多。结论:对男护生的学校适应状况,尤其是心理健康和学习动力方面应予以关注。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the school adaptation of male nursing students through comparison with female nursing students and male medical students. Methods: 132 male nursing students, 139 female nursing students and 129 male medical students in four medical colleges and universities completed the Interpersonal Relationship Diagnostic Scale, SCL-90 and College Students’ Learning Adaptability Questionnaire. Results: ① boys’ interpersonal relationship is worse than that of girls, they have more problems in dealing with others and talking with others. ② boys in learning adaptation and score lower than girls in all dimensions; male nursing motivation than male medical students are lower. (3) The mental health status of male nursing students was worse than that of female nursing students except for the horror dimension. Male medical students than male nursing students were worse than male medical students in the dimensions of compulsion, fear and psychosis. Conclusion: Attention should be paid to the school adaptation of male nursing students, especially mental health and learning motivation.
