目的:探讨习得智谋心理教育课程对乳腺癌化疗患者的影响。方法:将200例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和实验组各100例,对照组最终纳入研究94例,实施常规护理宣教;观察组最终纳入研究91例,在乳腺癌常规护理基础上给予习得智谋心理教育课程。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对两组患者进行效果评价。结果:实验组SCL-90评分中躯体化、人际关系、焦虑、恐怖、偏执及精神病型均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于习得智谋的心理教育课程可有效提高乳腺癌患者智谋水平,大大增强患者治疗的信心,提高乳腺患者的生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the influence of learning psychological counseling and counseling on breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: 200 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 100 cases, the control group was eventually included in the study of 94 cases, the implementation of routine nursing mission; the observation group eventually included in the study of 91 cases, given on the basis of routine breast cancer care Acquisition of intellectual psychology education curriculum. The Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results: The somatization, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, terror, paranoid and mental illness in SCL-90 score of experimental group were higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Psychological education based on learned resourcefulness can effectively improve the intelligence of breast cancer patients, greatly enhance patient confidence in treatment and improve the quality of life of breast patients.
