用原子力显微镜观察了培养的人黑素细胞和鼠黑素瘤细胞B16F10 细胞的树枝状突。发现两种细胞的树枝状突均有第二级分枝, 在第二级分枝主干及支干的顶端和侧缘均可见膨出的球形结构。在树枝状突的表面还可见很多均匀一致的直径300 ~500nm 左右的颗粒。本实验显示: 黑素细胞除通过树枝状突的顶端输送黑素颗粒外, 还可通过第二级分枝的顶端和侧缘输送; 黑素颗粒可通过胞吐将其排出; 原子力显微镜还可以观察到细胞内部的黑素小体。
Dendrites of cultured human melanocytes and murine melanoma cells B16F10 cells were observed with an atomic force microscope. It was found that the dendrites of both cells had second-level branches, and bulging spherical structures were visible on the top and lateral edges of the second-level branches and stems. In the dendritic surface can also see a lot of uniform diameter of about 300 ~ 500nm particles.
