目的:探讨临床药师培训基地的带教经验、体会和存在问题,规范和完善临床药师培养带教模式。方法:基于卫计委临床药师培训基地的系列文件要求,回顾性总结我院临床药师培训情况、带教模式、带教方法、经验和体会,分析存在问题并加以完善。结果:我院作为临床药师与师资培训双基地,5个专业的带教培训定位明确,形成了以临床用药实践为重点的带教模式。培训中注重各个环节,规范培训计划,落实培训指标的细化管理,强化互动教学以及对学员的阶段性评估反馈,保证了临床药师培训的质量。结论:不断完善临床药师的培训带教模式,能够培养更多高水平的临床药师与师资,保障临床用药安全有效。
Objective: To discuss clinical teaching experience, experience and existing problems of pharmacist training base, to standardize and perfect clinical pharmacist training mode. Methods: Based on the series of documents required by clinical pharmacist training base of Wei Jian Committee, the clinical pharmacist training situation, teaching mode, teaching methods, experience and experience of our hospital were reviewed retrospectively to analyze the existing problems and improve them. Results: As a clinical pharmacist and teacher training base in our hospital, five specialized teaching and training positions were clearly defined, forming a teaching mode focusing on clinical practice. The training focuses on all aspects, standardizes the training plan, implements the detailed management of training indicators, strengthens the interactive teaching and feedbacks to the trainees’ assessment and ensures the quality of clinical pharmacist training. Conclusion: Continuous improvement of clinical pharmacist training model, to cultivate more high levels of clinical pharmacists and teachers, to ensure the safe and effective clinical medication.
