应用组织化学方法研究了更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌的保护作用。结果为:大鼠心肌细胞内LDH、SDH及肌球蛋白ATP酶活性增强,经图像分析显示该3种酶皆显著高于各自的更年期对照组(P<0.01)、乙烯雌酚组及更年康组(P<0.05)。更年平调液组心肌细胞内糖原含量较更年期对照组、乙稀雌酚组及更年康组有所增加(P<0.01,0.05)。以上结果表明:更年平调液能改善更年期大鼠心肌细胞的能量代谢,从而对细胞有保护作用。
The histological chemistry method was used to study the protective effects of Gengnian Pingshui on climacteric rat myocardium. The results showed that the activities of LDH, SDH and myosin ATPase in rat cardiomyocytes were enhanced. The image analysis showed that the three enzymes were significantly higher than their respective climacteric control group (P<0.01), ethylene estradiol group and Gengniankang group (P<0.05). The glycogen content in the cardiomyocytes of the Gengnianping adjustment group was higher than that of the menopausal control group, the diethylestrogol group, and the Gengnangkang group (P<0.01, 0.05). The above results show that: Gengnianping regulating liquid can improve the energy metabolism of cerebellar cardiomyocytes in rats, and thus has a protective effect on cells.
