纯铜中铜的测定,通常采用在硝酸-硫酸溶液中进行电解的重量法。我们经试验发现,该法银的干扰严重,测得铜量实际是银铜合量。为此,当采用重量法测定纯铜中铜量时,银的干扰问题应引起充分重视。试剂、仪器及工作条件混合酸:硝酸:硫酸:水按7:10:25比例混合;所用水为三次离子交换水;试剂为优级纯;银标准溶液(100μg/mL);P-E403型原子吸收分光光度计;银空心阴极灯。仪器工作条件列于表1。
