采用共沉淀法制备Ni-ZrO2和Ni-Ce-ZrO2催化剂,并用BET、XRD和TPR技术对催化剂进行了表征。研究了催化剂在煤层甲烷部分氧化与CO2耦合重整制合成气反应中的催化性能;考察了反应温度和原料气组成对反应的影响。实验结果表明,Ni-Ce-ZrO2催化剂在反应温度800℃、常压、空速52200 mL.h-1.g-1、CH4/CO2/O2/N2=1/0.8/0.2/0.8的条件下,CH4转化率为92%,CO2转化率为82%,生成合成气n(H2)/n(CO)=1,在100小时试验中催化剂的稳定性良好。
The coprecipitation method was used to prepare Ni-ZrO2 and Ni-Ce-ZrO2 catalysts. The catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD and TPR techniques. The catalytic performance of the catalyst in the partial oxidation of methane and the CO2-coupled reforming of syngas was studied. The effects of reaction temperature and feed gas composition on the reaction were investigated. The experimental results show that under the conditions of reaction temperature of 800 ℃, atmospheric pressure, space velocity of 52200 mL.h-1.g-1 and CH4 / CO2 / O2 / N2 = 1 / 0.8 / 0.2 / 0.8, Ni-Ce- , The conversion of CH4 was 92%, the conversion of CO2 was 82%, and the synthesis gas n (H2) / n (CO) = 1 was obtained. The stability of the catalyst in 100 hours was good.
