改革开放以来,我国国民经济的发展发生了巨大的变化,越来越多的新型产业开始出现在人们的视野里,这其中就包含一种新型的服务行业物业的出现。物业管理作为一种新型的服务产业管理模式,对企业未来的发展来说是非常重要的,特别是对我国国有企业来说,它的作用更是不容小觑。本文首先论述了物业管理的概念,然后从现实情况出发,分析出国有企业在进行物业管理中存在的问题,最后根据这一系列问题提出相应的应对方案,进而保障我国国有企业能够可持续地发展下去。
