一、农村教学教研工作中的不足1.学校领导对教研活动的认识并未真正到位。其表现为:立项时积极,研究时消极,结题时东拉西凑应付;将课题研究置于教学之外,一手硬一手软,教学科研“两张皮”;科研无制度,研究无计划,领导不过问,研而无序,不重视研究成果的运用与推广;时间无保证,经费不落实,奖惩不兑现,科研氛围不浓厚等。
