在y38滚齿机上滚齿时,常用公法线长度来控制齿厚,从而决定精加工径向进给量。机床径向进刀手柄格数是这样得到的:公法线长度差(实际一图纸要求)×1.46(系数)÷0.025毫米(径向进给刻度0.025毫米/格)=进刀格数。为使用方便,可将0.31~0.80毫米差值的进给格数,列成下表,放在方便地方一目了然,给生产带来益处。表中A表示公法线长度应减少的数,B表示y38手柄进刀格数(此表只限0.025毫米/格)。
In y38 gear hobbing machine hobbing, commonly used to control the normal length of the tooth thickness, in order to determine the finishing radial feed. The number of radial infeed handles on the machine is obtained as follows: Common normal length difference (actual drawing requirement) × 1.46 (factor) ÷ 0.025 mm (Radial feed scale 0.025 mm / grid) = infeed grid. For ease of use, 0.31 ~ 0.80 mm can be the difference between the feed grid, listed in the following table, on a convenient place at a glance, to bring benefits to production. In the table, A indicates the number of normal lines should be reduced, and B indicates the y38 handle infeed grid (this table is only 0.025 mm / grid).
