本文报道用气相——质谱技术研究病人体内洋地黄毒甙(Ⅰ)转化为二氢洋地黄毒甙(Ⅱ)的结果。测定了(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)的最低浓度均为0.5ng/ml,也比较了健康人与心衰和肾衰病人洋地黄毒甙的代谢情况。
This paper reports the results of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) on the conversion of digoxigenin (Ⅰ) to digoxin (Ⅱ) in patients. The minimum concentrations of (I) and (II) were determined to be 0.5 ng / ml, and the metabolisms of digitoxin in healthy individuals with heart failure and renal failure were also compared.
