目的:研究尖吻蝮蛇毒抑瘤组分Ⅰ(AAVC-Ⅰ)对小鼠肺癌LLC细胞增殖抑制的影响。方法:以小鼠肺癌LLC细胞为研究对象,采用显微镜观察细胞形态学的变化、MTT法检测药物敏感性、DNA ladder法检测细胞凋亡。结果:AAVC-Ⅰ对LLC细胞有较强的增殖抑制作用,抑制程度随药物浓度的增加而增强,其IC50为43.823μg/ml(P<0.05)。琼脂糖电泳观察到细胞DNA的片段化。结论:AAVC-Ⅰ可抑制LLC细胞增殖,诱导其凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the effect of AAVC-Ⅰ on the proliferation of mouse lung cancer cells in vitro. METHODS: The LLC cells of mouse lung cancer cells were used as the research objects. The morphological changes of the cells were observed with a microscope. The drug sensitivity was detected by MTT assay and apoptosis was detected by DNA ladder. RESULTS: AAVC-I had a strong inhibitory effect on LLC cells. The inhibitory effect of AAVC-I on the proliferation of LLC cells was enhanced with the increase of the drug concentration. The IC50 was 43.823μg / ml (P <0.05). Segmentation of cellular DNA was observed by agarose electrophoresis. Conclusion: AAVC-Ⅰ can inhibit the proliferation of LLC cells and induce its apoptosis.
