本文对胜利油田坨76区块深井压裂工艺进行了研究,根据压裂施工的需要,安全、经济等要求以及施工工艺的要求,优化水基压裂液配方,通过压裂设计的优化,采用高砂比、大排量、线性加砂工艺,配合粒径组合工艺,改善压裂效果,提高工艺设计的适应性,达到改善压裂效果的目的。
In this paper, the deep well fracturing technology in Tuo76 Block of Shengli Oilfield is studied. Based on the requirements of fracturing construction, safety and economy, and the requirements of construction technology, the formulation of water-based fracturing fluid is optimized. Through the optimization of fracturing design, High sand ratio, large displacement, linear sand process, combined with the particle size of the combination process to improve the fracturing effect and improve the adaptability of process design to achieve the purpose of improving the fracturing effect.
