本文利用二十九年来的台风历史资料．用数理统计力法推算了东、南海诸海区多年一遇台风最大风速；给出了推算的初步结果。结合海工结构物特点对基本风压值的选取标准进行了探讨，其结果可供工程设计参考使用。
This article uses historical data of typhoon for twenty-nine years. Mathematical statistic method was used to calculate the maximum typhoon wind speed in the East China Sea and the South China Sea all the year round. The preliminary results of the prediction were given. Based on the characteristics of offshore structures, the selection criteria of basic wind pressure values are discussed. The results are available for engineering design reference.
