采用气相色谱技术分析了树莓果油的脂肪酸组成,并利用体外自由基清除试验评价了树莓果油的抗氧化活性。结果表明,树莓果油中主要含4种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸棕榈酸占脂肪酸总量的0.66%,3种不饱和脂肪酸油酸、亚油酸和α-亚麻酸分别占脂肪酸总量的17.33%,49.00%和33.01%。抗氧化活性研究表明,树莓果油对ABTS自由基和DPPH自由基具有很强的清除能力,12 mg/m L的清除率分别高达96.49%和93.53%。此外,树莓果油对超氧阴离子和羟自由基也有一定的清除作用,12 mg/m L的清除率分别为49.89%和37.73%。试验结果为树莓果油的进一步开发与利用提供了理论基础。
The fatty acid composition of berry oil was analyzed by gas chromatography, and the antioxidant activity of berry oil was evaluated by in vitro free radical scavenging assay. The results showed that the main berberine oil contains four kinds of fatty acids, of which saturated fatty acid palmitic acid accounted for 0.66% of the total fatty acids, three kinds of unsaturated fatty acids oleic acid, linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid accounted for 17.33 %, 49.00% and 33.01%. Antioxidant activity studies showed that berry oil had a strong ability to scavenge ABTS and DPPH free radicals, and the clearance rates of 12 mg / m L were as high as 96.49% and 93.53%, respectively. In addition, berry oil had some scavenging effects on superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical. The clearance rates of 12 mg / m L were 49.89% and 37.73% respectively. The test results provide the theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of berry oil.
