我厂在大搞技术革命运动中,参考了反射爐炼鋼的原理,使用反射爐化銅来代替坩堝化銅。反射式化銅爐結构如图1,爐子砌好后,用微火烘烤,同时将铁水包彻底烤干,以免在熔化时水气进入銅水中影响銅水質量。我們是用烟煤做燃料,加入量为爐腔高度的一半。燃料加足后将加煤口用废坩堝盖住,并用泥封住,再把配装好料的鉄水包与反射道对正,此时就可开始鼓风。等銅料逐漸熔化后,再将后补的料从加料口加入。全部熔化后就可浇注。使用反射爐化銅后,不但省去了坩堝,节約了
