船用燃油随其密度加大和粘度上升,点火性能恶化,已发现燃油中混有高硬度的添加剂微粒、为解决这一新问题,改善燃油处理、起动性能及燃烧状态、降低磨损等已成为近年来的主要研究课题。其中有关磨损研究、评价,由于试验所得数据偏差大、重复率低,寻求规律需花费大量时间。因此,尽管该研究课题十分重要,但却难以着手。可是也不能为此而避开有关磨损的研究而期望燃油性能的进一步完善。下面以对燃油性能十分敏感的缸套与活塞环等零件为实例来介绍磨损评价方法。
