采用数值模拟方法分析了电磁连铸复合式结晶器内的流场.对静磁场磁感应强度不同时组合磁场下的流场进行了比较,在此基础上,分析了电磁连铸复合式结晶器的工作原理.分析结果表明:电磁连铸复合式结晶器不仅具有电磁制动和软接触两种功能,而且能够控制弯月面区域的速度,使其保持在合适的范围内,从而有效地防止了电磁制动结晶器在需要较大制动强度时对弯月面制动过死及软接触结晶器弯月面波动剧烈易引起卷渣的弊端.
The numerical simulation method is used to analyze the flow field in the electromagnetic continuous casting mold. The comparison of the flow field under the combined magnetic field when the magnetic flux density of the static magnetic field is different, on the basis of which, the working principle of the electromagnetic continuous casting mold is analyzed.
