目的:探讨农村水族留守小学生的行为问题及影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样法抽取农村小学生610名,用Rutter儿童行为教师问卷及自编相关因素调查表进行调查。结果:农村留守水族小学生行为问题检出率为14.09%,其中女生检出率略高于男生(17.46%/15.75%,χ2=0.682,P=0.409)。A行为检出率为5.91%,N行为检出率7.27%,M行为检出率为4.09%。经多因素非条件Logistic回归分析,学生的年级、家庭经济收入、A行为、N行为是学生行为问题的主要影响因素。结论:农村水族留守小学生行为问题检出率高于国内其他研究,提示农村水族留守小学生行为问题已成为亟待解决的公共卫生问题。
Objective: To investigate the behavior problems and influential factors of rural left-behind pupils. Methods: A total of 610 rural primary school students were enrolled in the cluster sampling method. The questionnaires of Rutter children’s behavior teachers and self-made questionnaires were used to investigate. Results: The detection rate of behavior problems of left-behind aquatic pupils in rural areas was 14.09%. The detection rate of girls was slightly higher than that of boys (17.46% / 15.75%, χ2 = 0.682, P = 0.409). A behavior detection rate was 5.91%, N behavior detection rate was 7.27%, M behavior detection rate was 4.09%. By multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis, the grade, family income, A behavior and N behavior of students are the main influencing factors of student behavior problems. CONCLUSION: The detection rate of behavior problems of rural left-behind students is higher than that of other domestic studies, which indicates that the behavior problems of rural left-behind pupils in rural areas have become public health problems.
