目的:了解肾上腺髓质素(ADM)在自发性高血压大鼠模型中第8周、12周、18周和24周的动态变化,以探讨其可能的作用机制及病理生理意义。方法:随机抽取6周雄性自发性高血压大鼠及Wistar各40只为实验组和对照组,分别于第8周、12周、18周和24周,各随机抽取10只迅速麻醉后心脏取血,测定各时点血浆ADM浓度。结果:实验组和对照组ADM差异有统计学意义[第8周(55.42±2.63)ng/L∶(26.86±2.80)ng/L,第12周(120.80±3.23)ng/L∶(29.17±2.20)ng/L],[第18周(160.90±3.14)ng/L∶(31.53±1.86)ng/L,第24周(222.70±8.80)ng/L∶(32.99±2.26)ng/L]。结论:ADM在自发性高血压发生后明显增高。
Objective: To investigate the dynamic changes of adrenomedullin (ADM) in spontaneous hypertensive rats at the 8th, 12th, 18th and 24th weeks to explore its possible mechanism of action and pathophysiological significance. Methods: Forty male Wistar rats and six male Wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group at the eighth week, twelfth week, eighteen weeks and twenty-four weeks respectively. Ten randomly selected 10 anesthetized hearts Blood, determination of plasma ADM concentration at each time point. Results: There were significant differences in ADM between the experimental group and the control group (55.42 ± 2.63 ng / L, 26.86 ± 2.80 ng / L in the 8th week and 120.17 ± 3.23 ng / L, L, (2.20) ng / L] in the 18th week (160.90 ± 3.14) ng / L and (31.253 ± 1.86) ng / . Conclusion: ADM is significantly increased after spontaneous hypertension.
